What’s included:

    1:1 sessions

    Six private 75-minute sessions held via Google Meet over the course of 3 months. Sessions can be weekly or biweekly—designed to meet your rhythm. These are dedicated opportunities to dive in, reflect, receive guidance, and celebrate your process

    Somatic practices

    Each session includes gentle somatic practices—like breathwork or guided meditation—to invite regulation and embodiment. You’ll also receive a personalized weekly practice to help you integrate our work

    Cycle-syncing

    You’ll receive a cycle tracking template and support to map your energy and emotions. Each month, we’ll tune into your current phase during our sessions and explore how to align your flow and daily pulse with it

  • Once you submit your intake form, I’ll review it within 48 hours. If I sense that this journey aligns with where you are, you’ll receive an email with the next steps to confirm your spot and complete your payment.

  • The mentorship begins once your spot is confirmed and payment is received. You’ll get a welcome email with your official start date and everything you need to prepare for our time together.

  • You’ll receive personalized somatic practices every week, plus access to me (Mon-Fri) via voice notes or messages for questions and encouragement as you integrate the work.

  • Not at all! This mentorship meets you wherever you are. I’ll guide you step-by-step through all practices and tools, making it accessible for beginners and enriching for those with prior knowledge.

  • Life happens! You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice. If notice isn’t given in time, the session will be forfeited.
    When rescheduled within the time window, your session can be moved to another day or the following week.
    You may reschedule up to two times during the mentorship, unless an unforeseen emergency arises.

  • Each woman’s process is unique, but many experience a deeper sense of clarity, more confidence in decision-making, and a stronger connection to their needs, energy, and creative flow. You might notice more ease in your relationships, more trust in your intuition, and a renewed sense of direction. This mentorship doesn’t promise quick fixes—but it does offer a space for sustainable, meaningful change rooted in your own rhythm and truth.
