I’m a certified health coach devoted to holding space for women who are ready to live with greater intention, vitality, and connection.

I was born in Córdoba, Argentina, and at 19, I began traveling in search of a more connected way of being. Years of volunteering on farms and exploring earth-centered communities eventually brought me to the mountains of Vermont, where I now live with my beloved yellow lab, surrounded by nature and simplicity. These two continue to teach me what it truly means to feel at home within my own being.

Since menarche, I suffered chronic pain that often went dismissed by the medical system until a diagnosis of Endometriosis when I was 24yo became a turning point for me. It invited me to slow down, look inward, and redefine what is a genuine expression of caring for myself—in body, heart, and spirit.

Living in tune with my inner seasons transformed how I show up for myself and the world. It’s taught me that wellness isn’t about perfection but about returning to myself again and again with kindness, compassion, and trust.

My approach supports personal growing, movement, and creativity through gentle practices like intuitive journaling, grounding breathwork, and nourishing rituals. I believe real change begins with presence and deep self-awareness.

This space is an expression of how I live and what I’m rooted in: the truth that every woman holds innate wisdom and that honoring it is both radical and necessary.
